Given the shrinking supply of money available for grant-funded environmental projects, do you think it should be a top priority for nonprofits to team up/partner with other organizations and governmental agencies that are trying to achieve the same goals?  Nonprofits that are only miles from each other are working on parallel projects and duplicating each others efforts.  At the same time, many of these environmental projects are being worked on by local and regional government agencies and they are often unaware of much of the work being done by these grant-funded organizations.
